Firma Oponiarska Dębica S.A. is Poland’s leading manufacturer of tires for cars, vans and trucks. The US-based Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has been a strategic investor in the company since 1995, holding 81.4% of the company’s share capital through Goodyear S.A., registered in Luxembourg. Dębica is Goodyear’s largest plant in Europe and one of its largest in the world, producing tires under brands like Dębica, Goodyear, Dunlop, Fulda and Sava.
