Auto Partner S.A. has signed an agreement with M+G for the implementation of comprehensive communication activities related to the company’s public offering of shares. The agency’s tasks include the full execution of the campaign associated with the company’s debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW).
The role of the public offering coordinator and bookrunner is held by Dom Maklerski BZ WBK, while the legal advisor is the law firm Daniłowicz Jurcewicz Biedecki i Wspólnicy.
The Auto Partner S.A. Group is a dynamically growing and one of the largest importers and distributors of car parts for passenger vehicles in Poland. The company submitted its prospectus to the Financial Supervision Authority at the turn of the year.
